Position Summary

The Tech Support Configuration Analyst will provide high-level technical support to clients product/technology solutions. Completes technical application configuration during initial system setup and works in conjunction with Application Support Analysts to provide ongoing support for clients’ complex technical projects. 


Essential Job Duties/Primary Responsibilities

  • Performs application configuration work to implement systems and provide ongoing change services. Creation of data entry searches, functionality, and data presentation, through business rule expression language.

  • Troubleshoots, diagnoses, and resolves or manages problems to resolution ensuring the application fully satisfies customers in terms of application expectations and other factors according to customer requirements. 

  • Works in close collaboration with project manager, database administration, product development, and application analyst as necessary to facilitate rapid problem-solving and implement changes.  

  • Develop technical configuration change steps.

  • Assists with the initial implementation and continued maintenance of content in system.

Job Qualifications/Education

  • BS degree in related IT or business field or equivalent work experience

  • Preferred 2+ years of directly related experience such as working in product implementation

  • Excellent interpersonal, analytical, business, and technical judgment, and problem-solving skills.

  • Negotiation skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong technical skills required

  • Technical coordination skills.

  • Knowledge of Crystal Reports

  • Ability to immediately adapt to changing requirements and conditions.

  • Experience in a matrix team environment

  • Strong client orientation and customer service skills to understand and drive customer solutions.

  • Able to translate client’s business needs/requirements and present issues to a range of audience members

  • Familiarity with real estate concepts is a plus
