Education:Â High School or College.
Requirements:
+1 year proven experience as a Data Entry Clerk, Back Office, or similar position
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal (High level of fluency in English)
Accurately type 35+ words per minute
Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel, etc.)
Ability to interact with customers in a professional, tactful, and confidential manner
Ability to multi-task (handle calls while maintaining data entry accuracy)
The position includes activities that involve data entry and receiving calls.
