Work Schedule: Monday to Friday (Weekends Off!)

Language: Ability to communicate fluently in English and Spanish is required

Education: High School or College

Work Experience: 2+ years of customer service experience


Requirements:

  • PC skills with Microsoft Office - 25+ WPM.

  • Team player who works well with deadlines and seeks to improve.

  • Great phone presence (personable, energetic, helpful, knowledgeable, confident, and assured).


The position includes activities that involve data entry and receiving calls
