Job Qualifications/Requirements
Performs application configuration work to implement systems and provide ongoing change services. Create and modify business rules against data entry searches, functionality, and data presentation, through business rule expression language.
Troubleshoots, diagnoses, and resolves or manages problems to resolution ensuring the application fully satisfies customers in terms of data integrity, application expectations, and other factors according to customer requirements.Â
Works in close collaboration with account management, database administration, product development, and system engineering as necessary to facilitate rapid problem-solving and implement changes. Â
Uses knowledge of RBDMS for analysis, scripting, and troubleshooting application and data interface issues.
Write SQL queries to research data and application-related issues; planning, implementing, and managing changes
Develops technical configuration change steps.
Assists with the initial implementation and continued maintenance of networks and hardware for application hosting.
Leads application change projects; exercises project control and status reporting techniques, identifies risks, and develops mitigation plans.

BS degree in a related IT or business field or equivalent work experience.
Requires 5+ years of directly related experience such as working in product implementation or support including leadership experience.
Excellent English - written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal, analytical, business, technical judgment, and problem-solving skills.
Negotiation skills.
Strong troubleshooting skills, and ability to solve complex technical problems.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong technical skills are required including demonstrated knowledge of RDBMS.
Prior experience with SQL and/or programming language.
Demonstrated knowledge of DB query language, data manipulation, and data load concepts.
Technical project management/coordination skills.
Ability to immediately adapt to changing requirements and conditions.
Experience in a matrix team environment is desired.
Strong client orientation and customer service skills to understand and drive customer solutions.
Able to translate clients’ business needs/requirements and present issues to a range of audience members.
Familiarity with real estate concepts.
