Job Type: Permanent / Full-time position on-site with Work from Home eligibility
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday (Weekends Off!)
Language: Ability to communicate fluently in English and Spanish is required
Education: High School or College
Work Experience: 2+ years of customer service experience
Requirements:
PC skills with Microsoft Office - 25+ WPM
Team player who works well with deadlines and seeks to improve
Great phone presence (personable, energetic, helpful, knowledgeable, confident, and assured)
The position includes activities that involve data entry and receiving calls
