This position requires you to be located in Ensenada, Baja California. Candidates who are not in this location will be rejected.

About the Role:


As a Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in leading and motivating a team of individuals. You will be responsible for setting clear goals, delegating tasks, and ensuring the team delivers nóminahigh-quality work. Your ability to build strong relationships, problem-solve effectively, and foster a positive team culture will be key to success.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Leadership: Lead and motivate your team, creating a positive and collaborative work environment.

  • Goal Setting: Define clear objectives and performance expectations for your team. Contribute to the strategic plan and objectives of the company.

  • Task Management: Assign tasks effectively, monitor progress, and provide timely feedback.

  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve issues promptly, making data-driven decisions. Escalate to client delivery manager and/or HR for assistance needed to resolve issues timely.

  • Communication: Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders. Promote Agile open communication of the good, the bad and the ugly.

  • Team Development: Foster teamwork, collaboration, and continuous learning within your team.

  • Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and mentoring. Escalate to HR for repeat offenders who do meet daily targets or report their availability (aka work avoidance).

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years experience in the outsourcing industry

  • Minimum of 2 years of college or university

  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

  • Proven ability to manage and motivate teams

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft or Google Office applications, e.g.Word, Excel, Power Point, Gen AI (ChatGPT/Gemini)
