About the Role:
As a Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in leading and motivating a team of individuals. You will be responsible for setting clear goals, delegating tasks, and ensuring the team delivers nóminahigh-quality work. Your ability to build strong relationships, problem-solve effectively, and foster a positive team culture will be key to success.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership: Lead and motivate your team, creating a positive and collaborative work environment.
Goal Setting: Define clear objectives and performance expectations for your team. Contribute to the strategic plan and objectives of the company.
Task Management: Assign tasks effectively, monitor progress, and provide timely feedback.
Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve issues promptly, making data-driven decisions. Escalate to client delivery manager and/or HR for assistance needed to resolve issues timely.
Communication: Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders. Promote Agile open communication of the good, the bad and the ugly.
Team Development: Foster teamwork, collaboration, and continuous learning within your team.
Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and mentoring. Escalate to HR for repeat offenders who do meet daily targets or report their availability (aka work avoidance).
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
5+ years experience in the outsourcing industry
Minimum of 2 years of college or university
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Proven ability to manage and motivate teams
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft or Google Office applications, e.g.Word, Excel, Power Point, Gen AI (ChatGPT/Gemini)
